Canceling Subscription through App Stores
Unfortunately, you cannot cancel subscriptions for purchases made through the Google Play Store & Shopify App Store from the Comity dashboard. Please follow the steps in this guide to cancel your Comity subscription.
Canceling Shopify App Store Subscription
- Go to your Shopify Dashboard
- Open the navigation drawer and click "Apps"
- Find the Comity app on the list
- Click Remove App which will cancel the subscription at the end of the current billing cycle
Canceling Google Play Store Subscription
- Go to the home screen of your Android device and open the Google Play Store
- Open the navigation drawer and tap Account
- Tap Subscriptions and tap MANAGE under the app
- Tap Cancel subscription, and then confirm, which will cancel the subscription at the end of the current billing cycle
