Canceling Subscription through App Stores

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel subscriptions for purchases made through the Google Play Store & Shopify App Store from the Comity dashboard. Please follow the steps in this guide to cancel your Comity subscription.

Canceling Shopify App Store Subscription


  1. Go to your Shopify Dashboard 
  2. Open the navigation drawer and click "Apps"
  3. Find the Comity app on the list
  4. Click Remove App which will cancel the subscription at the end of the current billing cycle


Canceling Google Play Store Subscription


  1. Go to the home screen of your Android device and open the Google Play Store
  2. Open the navigation drawer and tap Account
  3. Tap Subscriptions and tap MANAGE under the app
  4. Tap Cancel subscription, and then confirm, which will cancel the subscription at the end of the current billing cycle
