Billing

You can edit your subscription anytime in Comity settings.

Changing Plan


1. Click the user avatar icon at the top right of the screen and select "Billing".

2. Under the "Current Plan" section, click "Change My Plan".

3. Select your new plan.

Updating Payment Method


1. Click the user avatar icon at the top right of the screen and select "Billing".

2. Under the "Payment Method" section, click "Update Payment Method".

3. Enter your credit card details and click "Update".

Extra Billing Information


You can add any additional information to all of your receipts such as your VAT ID, full business name, and address.

1. Click the user avatar icon at the top right of the screen and select "Billing".

2. Under the "Extra Billing Information" section, click "Add Information".

3. Enter your details and click "Save".

Invoices / Payment History


You can download your receipts anytime under the "Invoices" section in Billing settings screen.

Canceling Subscription

1. Click the user avatar icon at the top right of the screen and select "Billing".

2. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and find the "Cancel Subscription" section, click "Cancel".
